Coach to empower women for future success

Dear Ms Anonymous,

Did you know that the coaching industry is set to become a $2 billion industry by 2021? Why is it that more coaches are helping women than ever before?

Recently my Facebook feed has been swarming with women’s empowerment ads. The creators of these ads may not come out and directly say it, but they are. I realized this because I’ve been surrounded by mostly women who want to empower other women.

These women create “I help” statements, in an effort to find women who are struggling with some sort of pain. Their goal is to help the women find solutions to ease the pain.

So, how do I empower women?

Through this blog I help women find their voice, step away from their fear, and set goals, in order to pursue their dreams. Let’s break it down so you can understand more about who I want to empower, and figure out if that’s you.

  • Finding your voice:
    • Your voice is who you are. I help you figure out who you are, and redefine yourself into the person you want to be.
    • Your voice is your true self. What makes you unique, and different from everyone else in this world.
    • Your voice is your self expression. It’s how you show up in the world, and how you show up for yourself.
    • Your voice matters. I help you understand that your words have power, and people need to hear what you have to say.
  • Stepping away from fear:
    • Your fears are your limiting beliefs that hold you back from doing the things you want to do. I help you discover what those fears are, in a safe and supportive place.
    • Your fears are the thoughts that keep you stuck in the place where you are right now. I help you manage your thoughts, and create affirmations that will serve you in becoming who you want to be.
    • Your fears produce low self-confidence and self-esteem. I work with you to remember all that you have achieved in the past, in order to move confidently into your future.
  • Setting goals:
    • Through goal setting, you learn that everything you want to achieve is just steps away. By breaking big goals into small steps, I help you feel empowered to move forward.
    • Through goal setting, you become able to take massive action in your life. I empower you to see that you can play the starring role in your life. You no longer have to sit on the sidelines while everyone else becomes successful.

Who is my ideal client and how can I empower her?

My ideal client is a woman who is having a crisis of identity. I know this because I’ve been this woman in my life before.

  • A woman who has allowed other people to dictate the decisions and major life choices, such as your college major, and your career path.
    • It started when we were young. Our parents, families, teachers, told us what to do. And before we know it, we’re 25, 30, 40 and they are still telling us what to do. Also, now you’ve been under their control for so long that you don’t even know yourself. You feel like you don’t even know what success means to you, because you never got to try a career that you were passionate about.
    • But now, you’re ready to define success on your own terms. You have a business idea, and you want to become an entrepreneur. Or you are ready to go job hunting for that position that lights your soul on fire, and you can’t wait to jump out of bed for every morning.
  • A woman who has put all of her passions on hold, so she could follow society’s timeline of high school -> college -> career -> family, because she was told that’s what she “should do”. Never mind what she wanted to do. Perhaps it was to skip college, and learn a trade. Or become the CEO of a major company, but felt the pressure to get married and start a family. Letting go of the dream of breaking the glass ceiling, and becoming the first woman to run that Fortune 500.
    • But now that your children are growing up, you’re ready to rediscover the woman you wanted to be when you were younger. You are ready to explore what could have been, despite the fears that you might be “too old.”
  • A woman who spent most of her time and energy focusing on her family’s needs. You put herself on the back burner. Your passions and goals fell to the wayside.
    • But now, you’re ready to begin focusing on you. Perhaps you want to go back to school for that MBA. Or you want to start that Etsy shop with a hobby you became really good at while you were home raising your children, but you don’t know where to start.

How does coaching lead to success?

Through coaching, women are empowered to see that they can achieve their dreams. By having someone at your side who can motivate and inspire you, the things that you want out of life don’t seem so hard to obtain.

Working with a coach, you will be able to learn proven strategies that will lead you to wherever YOU want to go.

As women we need to learn from each other, and take a hand up when we can get one. You are worth spending the time on yourself, because you are constantly filling up everyone else’s cup.

Your future depends on the actions that you take today! The sooner you start taking control of your own life, the faster you will begin to see massive changes being made. Your self-confidence, and self-esteem will boost. The people around you will hardly recognize the woman you’ve become. You will start to see yourself as the fierce, powerful woman that you are.

If you’re ready to start your process of self-discovery, I’m here to be your guide. The woman you’ve always dreamed of is waiting. Isn’t she worth discovering?

With love,

P.S. – If you’ve found yourself thinking… “wow, I am her ideal client” then join me in my course The Journey to Self-Discovery! I’d love to empower you 1:1 or in a group program to help you find your voice, step away from your fears, and set goals that will launch you into your future.
