Dear Ms Anonymous,
Have you ever met someone and realized they have the same warrior spirit that you have? A fighting spirit that will do whatever it takes to make the lives of those around them so much better?
It was around Memorial Day this year. I met Morgan Warner in a coaching program that we both had recently joined. I can’t even remember now what attracted me to her, but it must have been her warrior spirit. So, I sent her a friend request.
We started talking and I realized that she’s the kind of woman who will do whatever it takes to make the lives of those around her better. She’s a wife, a mom, a retired flight attendant, a coach, and pretty much a rockstar in my book.
As a coach, Morgan’s goal is to help women get fit, and focus on their health, so they can live their lives to the fullest. In particular, she loves helping new moms. As a woman who struggled with postpartum depression and anxiety, she’s sharing her story to inspire others.
Morgan’s story
After Morgan had her baby she was at a loss every single day. She didn’t know who she was when she looked in the mirror. This is the struggle of a new mom, who is suffering mentally, physically, and emotionally with postpartum depression.
Day after day typically ended with her husband Nick holding their family together by a thread, as she sobbed on the bathroom floor.
For Morgan, being a mom is the greatest job she’s ever had. Which also meant it was also a job she couldn’t quit. Thankfully, her warrior spirit kept her fighting for her little family day after day.
This was not the way she had imagined the life she always wanted – being married, and having a baby. Something had to change.
The warrior spirit took over
Morgan decided to make her own wellness her greatest priority. That was what turned her life around.
Before, she had no energy. She was always hungry, but never had an appetite. Exercise was an activity that she dreamed about. And breastfeeding did not help her “magically drop the baby weight” like everyone told her it would.
A short time after she decided to change her mindset around health and wellness, the shifts began to take place in her life. In less than a year after having her adorable son, she lost close to 70 pounds, returned to the weight she was on her wedding day, and fit into her dress again.
But it wasn’t through the use of fad diets, or medication. By changing her mindset around food, and exercise, she started changing what she saw in the mirror.
Notice, I said, what she saw – she was still the same Morgan, but she saw herself differently. She became strong, mentally, physically and emotionally. The warrior inside, started to show on the outside.
The warrior on the outside
In Morgan’s relatively short life, she’s only 25, she has felt unfulfilled in most of the jobs she has had. Except the job of being a mom – that’s the most fulfilling role she’s ever played in her life. And that’s why she had to fight to become strong, so that she could show up for her son every single day.
And that’s where personal training comes in!
As a personal trainer, Morgan takes every opportunity to turn her passion into work that serves others. She is inspired to help other women change their lives for the better, so that they can show up for the people they love.
And when you meet Morgan, you can tell that she just has that spirit about her, that drive and determination. She’s been through a struggle, but she doesn’t allow that struggle to define her. Instead, she takes the pain, and turns it into transformation.
Morgan is growing her physical training program right now, and wants to encourage more women to join her on the journey. So, if you’re looking for a coach that is going to help you through the physical, mental and emotional transformation that you are seeking in your life, then hire Morgan.
If Morgan’s journey is any indication of what’s possible, then the warrior inside of you will be fighting it’s way out, too!
Morgan is ready to work with you to create a custom training plan, nutrition guide, and goals that will attract so much joy to your life. Choosing to show up for yourself, and take care of your total health, is the first step on your journey to your warrior transformation.
All you have to do is say yes, and let Morgan guide you through the rest.
Morgan’s message to Ms Anonymous
Comparison is a thief. When you compare yourself to others you invalidate the present moment and all of the wonderful things that are in your life right now. Morgan sees each day as an opportunity to live in her purpose, and serve other women who are struggling. And every day she can do that, is a blessing.
Morgan, you are a gem.
With love,
