Dear Ms Anonymous,
Have you ever thought about leaning into your intuition to find your purpose? Or perhaps you have been overpowered by the voices of others that you can’t even hear your own?
What is your intuition?
Your intuition is that little voice inside of you that acts like a compass. It helps you discern what to do when you can’t rely on facts to make a decision. Often, when it comes to finding your purpose, it’s hard to rely on facts to guide you.
The facts would tell you to stay in that job where you feel unfulfilled, because it’s secure. You have your steady paycheck, and 401k, you are safe. Your intuition would tell you that you’ve been unhappy for a long time in that position, and you are ready for something new.
Rapid Transformational Healing
Recently, I met a woman named Jacki who is a Rapid Transformational Therapist (RTT). Jacki explains that she had done many jobs in her life, but always felt like something was missing. After losing her father she felt completely stuck in her life. Big losses usually bring up some kind of unsettled feeling. One day she decided to follow her intuition, or her gut as she calls it, and signed up to learn RTT. That’s where she found healing and her purpose.
Jacki now helps people create change in their lives through challenging what they know about their past. She helps them understand the limiting beliefs that hold them back. In that way, she can help them move forward towards healing.
The idea of limiting beliefs is that somewhere in our minds is a set of programmed thoughts about why we can’t do or achieve something. And those thoughts impact the narration (or self-talk) we have going on in our heads. With negative self-talk, and limited beliefs, we start to feel like we are not good enough. Jacki urges us to be conscious of the way we speak to ourselves and those around us. When we start to see the positives in situations we find ourselves in, we will see things in a whole new light.
Limiting beliefs, intuition, and purpose
I never heard the concept of limiting beliefs before this year. That doesn’t mean that I didn’t have any. It just means that I didn’t even realize what was actually holding me back from my greatest dreams and desires.
Kristin, an Intuitive Visionary and Coach, helps others connect back to their intuition, and finding who they were always meant to be. She helps women, who have a deep desire to create more, make an impact on the world.
Kristin found this work after 15 years of seeking outside of herself for fulfillment. When she realized that the answers she was seeking were within her, Kristin was able to finally see herself for the first time – her true self.
When you find your true self, you can find your purpose. If you are feeling like you are not where you are supposed to be, connected to your purpose, then it’s time to go on the journey.
Kristin urges her clients, and every woman, to follow their intuition. Instead of remaining stuck in the limits and rules imposed by others. If you are feeling resistance in your life, that is your intuition telling you that your purpose is out there waiting for you. And when you step into your purpose, you will shine.
How to use your intuition when you’re struggling
So often when we are struggling, it’s really hard to make an intuitive decision. We don’t know what’s best because everything seems really hard. When you struggle with mental illness, it becomes even that much harder to discern your intuition and hear your own voice.
But when you start to master your mind, and your thoughts, you will find more happiness, money, energy, and love.
Beth is a business coach who works with clients in energy mastery. She struggled with mental illness for 15 years of her life. When she finally started working with a tool called Shadow Alchemy she saw the light in her life again. She feels inside of her purpose every day now, helping women find their magic.
In a Facebook post, Beth goes deep about the power of intuition. Beth explains that your intuition is the key to unlocking everything you want. (yes!!) She explains that for so long she was misdirected by so many things in her life, that she stopped being able to hear her intuition, and follow it.
In fact, Beth wants to urge you to start to trust yourself again and rebuild your connection with your intuition by taking action. The shadow thoughts are clouding your trust in yourself. They are blocking you from pursuing your purpose, and everything else you want to do in your life. But it’s time for you to come out of the shadow and step into your intuition again!
Allowing your intuition to guide you
In this post, I have shared with you three coaches who will help you reconnect with your intuition. Because I realize that after so many years (or decades) of letting other people decide your path, it may be hard for you to allow intuition to guide you.
You may have disconnected to your personal truth, because you’ve held on to logic for so long. Or maybe you were scared of what would happen if you just went for what was calling you, instead of continuing to climb the corporate ladder.
I know, it’s hard. Every day I have to decide to take a step closer to my intuition. And you can make that same decision too… and see where it guides you.
With love,
